Shipping policy

1. Processing and delivery times
Every artwork is printed to order. Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks from order confirmation for production and delivery combined within the UAE. This is a total estimate; production typically takes 4 to 5 business days, followed by transit. Orders are not held in stock and are manufactured after purchase.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed; time shall not be of the essence. Estimates begin from order confirmation. If your order has not been delivered within 45 days of confirmation and this is not attributable to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may contact us for a full refund (see also section 6 of our Returns & Refunds Policy).
2. Shipping coverage and tracking
ArtSight currently ships within the United Arab Emirates only. We do not ship internationally at this time. We ship through our print-on-demand and logistics partners. A tracking number is generated when your order is dispatched and is sent to you by email so you can follow its progress. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and to be available to receive the order; carriers may make several attempts before an order is returned to us.
We deliver to physical street addresses within the UAE. We may be unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses; please provide a physical delivery address to avoid delays.
3. Duties and taxes
- United Arab Emirates: 5% VAT is included in the price and shown at checkout. No further charges apply on delivery.
4. Address changes and failed deliveries
We can only change a delivery address before the order has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us because it was refused, unclaimed, or the address was incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; reshipment is charged at the standard shipping rate displayed at checkout at the time of reshipment.
5. Risk and title
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provided. Title to the artwork passes once payment has been received in full.
