Refund policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with ArtSight L.L.C-FZ (“ArtSight”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in the Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Trade Licence No. 2650268.01. It forms part of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy limits any right you hold under applicable mandatory consumer protection law, including the law of the country in which you reside.
1. Made-to-order products
Every ArtSight print is produced specifically for your order. We hold no stock of finished prints. For this reason, and except where section 4 applies, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review the artwork, format and medium carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placing it, provided production has not started. To cancel, write to info@artsight.org with your order number. Where production has started, the made-to-order principle in section 1 applies, without prejudice to section 4 for orders delivered to the European Union.
3. Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not correspond to what you ordered, contact us at info@artsight.org within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and photographs of the item and its packaging. We will resolve the issue by producing and shipping a replacement at no cost to you. Where a replacement is not possible, or where you are entitled to one under applicable law, we will refund the full amount paid for the affected item, including any tax included in that amount. This section applies to all orders, wherever delivered, and is in addition to any statutory warranty or conformity rights you hold.
4. Right of withdrawal for orders delivered to the European Union
If you are a consumer and your order is delivered to a member state of the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods, or of the last item where an order is delivered in several shipments.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement sent to info@artsight.org before the withdrawal period has expired. You may use the model withdrawal form set out at the end of this section, but it is not obligatory.
You must send the goods back to the return address we provide without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us. Please return the artwork in its original condition and packaging; you are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the withdrawn items, including the cost of standard outbound delivery where the full order is withdrawn (excluding any supplementary cost arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer). Reimbursement is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used for the transaction, at no fee to you. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them, whichever is earlier.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [artwork and format], ordered on [date], received on [date], order number [number]. Name of consumer, address of consumer, signature (only if this form is notified on paper), date.
5. Non-delivery
If your order has not been delivered within 45 days of order confirmation, and the delay is not attributable to customs processing or to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by you, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
6. Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval, or, for withdrawals under section 4, within the period stated in that section. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take additional days to appear on your statement. Refunded amounts correspond to the full amount paid for the affected items, including any tax included in that amount, plus outbound delivery where section 4 or section 5 provides for it.
7. Charitable contribution adjustment
ArtSight donates a share of its revenue from each sale to the Noor Dubai Foundation. Where an order is refunded in full or in part, the contribution associated with the refunded items is adjusted accordingly in ArtSight’s subsequent settlement with the Foundation. This adjustment is internal to ArtSight and does not affect the amount refunded to you.
8. Severability
If any provision of this policy is found to be unenforceable under the mandatory law applicable to your purchase, that provision applies to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder of the policy remains in force. Where applicable law grants you a right more favourable than this policy, that right prevails.
